Cancellation Policy

Lesson Booking at Our Equestrian Facility: Our primary focus is on pre-booked series of lessons, offering structured and consistent training. However, we understand the need for flexibility and offer the option to book a single lesson. Please note that availability for single lessons is limited, and time slots cannot be guaranteed due to the high volume of pre-scheduled lessons. Lesson Fees: - Private: $100 - Semi-Private: $90 - Group (3-4 riders): $80 Pre-Scheduled Lessons: - Lessons are booked in series of 6 consecutive lessons. - Payment is required prior to the start of the first lesson in the series. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a make-up lesson. - One make-up lesson is allowed per series of 6 lessons and must be taken within two weeks. - The maximum duration to complete a 6-week series is 8 weeks. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be counted as a full lesson with no make-up lesson allowed.
